Initial Situation & Requirements

Beim Glasfaser-Ausbau im NE4-Bereich mussten Tagesplanung, Aufmaßermittlung und Baudokumentation bislang über verschiedene manuelle Prozesse und Medien erfolgen. Informationen gingen dabei verloren oder lagen zeitverzögert vor. Ziel war die Einführung einer zentralen Kommunikations- und Dokumentationsschnittstelle zwischen Monteuren und Büro. Zusätzlich sollten Aufmaße direkt vor Ort erfasst, dynamische Ausbaufortschritte je Haus dokumentiert und exportfähige Unterlagen automatisiert erzeugt werden.

In fiber optic expansion in the NE4 area, daily planning, measurement determination, and construction documentation previously had to be done via various manual processes and media. Information was lost or delayed. The goal was to introduce a central communication and documentation interface between fitters and the office. In addition, measurements should be recorded directly on-site, dynamic expansion progress per house documented, and export-ready documents generated automatically.

Monteure dokumentieren Vorgänge direkt vor Ort per Smartphone, während das Büro in Echtzeit auf alle Daten zugreifen kann. Aufmaße, Ausbauzustände und Dokumentationen werden konsistent erfasst, automatisch exportiert und sind jederzeit auswertbar. Dies führt zu höherer Transparenz, geringerer Fehlerquote und deutlich effizienterer Projektsteuerung im Glasfaser-NE4-Ausbau.
